He is survived by: his daughter Donna (Bill Butterworth); his grandchildren, Lindsay (Deni Rullo), Jennifer, Matthew and Justin Butterworth; his great grandchildren, Alaina and Giovanni; and his siblings, Richard L. Husarick, Kay (Clyde Akers), Catherine (Ed Dmitruk) and Minnie Bumgarner. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
