With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rita M. Goodson of Naugatuck, Connecticut, born in Waterbury, Connecticut, who passed away on January 14, 2024 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Bellefleur and Constance Bellefleur (Proulx); her husband Keith Goodson; her in-laws, Joseph and Lydia Goodson (Giancarli); her brother-in-law Mark Ruccio; her nephew Josh Ruccio; and her pets, Bogey and Ruby.
She is survived by: her sister-in-law Pamela Ruccio (Goodson) of Naugatuck; her nieces, Ashley (Ruccio), Hagedorn (Carl) of Naugatuck, Erin Ruccio of Waterbury and Jodie Burns of Middlebury; her great-nephew Carl "CJ" Hagedorn of Naugatuck; her godchildren, Justin and Kaylee Carasone; her close friends, Frank, Joann Johnson, Art, Carol Salvietti, Rob and Tami Carasone; and her pet Walter.
