She was predeceased by: her husband Gerald J. Garceau; her parents, Oliver A. Lorson and Elizabeth Lorson (Hugar); and her siblings, Grace Sigetti, Robert and William.
She is survived by: her children, Ron (Janet), David (Donna), Todd (Deneen), Kathy Michalski (Len), Judy Cyr (Clarence), Laura Cyr (Patrick) and Dr. Roberta Garceau (Jerry O'Dwyer); her grandchildren, Cara Michalski (Scott Kozak), Michael Cyr (Jen), Brian Cyr (Zilda), Lissah Michalski (Forrest Wilhoit), Shilo Garceau (Jason Watley), Justin Michalski (Tiffany Ryan Michalski), Roger Garceau (Christina), Adam Cyr (Jen), Seth Garceau (Allison), Rachel Garceau (Grady Cousins), Lorri Bond (Josh), Jeffrey Garceau (Maria), Elizabeth Grudzien (Brian), Alan Garceau (Samantha Sledz), Ryan Cyr (Ali Sullivan), Sarah Sullivan (Brendan), Will Garceau (Brynn Bieker), Jacenda O'Dwyer and Liam O'Dwyer; and her sisters-in-law, Stella Garceau and Margaret Krebs. She is also survived by 33 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
A Mass was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Vincent Ferrer Church (1006 New Haven Rd, Naugatuck, CT 06770).
