He was predeceased by: his parents, William Robert Hart, Sr. and Elizabeth Hart. He is survived by: his brother William; his sister-in-law Helen Hart of Bradenton, Florida; his nephew David (Fran Hart) of Randolph, NJ; his niece Kim (Steve Nagle) of Tranquility, NJ; and his great-nephew Kyle Hart of Randolph.
