He was predeceased by: his grandchildren, Katrina Silva and Brian Huard; and his stepgranddaughter Heidi Freel. He is survived by: his son Raimundo X DaSilva, Jr.; his daughter-in-law Susie Freel-DaSilva; his grandchildren, Amanda Turman, Siavon Silva and Sean Huard; and his stepgrandsons, Christopher Freel and Timothy Freel. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
