He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Francis Plocha and Nila Juliana Plocha (Novak); and his sister Luanna Plocha. He is survived by: his spouse Joseph Owens; his brother Edward Michael Plocha; his sister-in-law Janice Plocha of Thomaston, CT; his sister Nila Felicia Plocha of Old Saybrook, CT; and his niece Christine Plocha.
