He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Kotuby and Mary Kotuby (Svida); and his siblings, John Kotuby, Anna Barone, Mary Choma, Mildred Wright and Judith Faber.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Kotuby (Gazdik); his children, Paul M. "Skip" Kotuby, Jr. (Celeste Greco) of Bristol, RI and Karin Messina (Vincent) of Holmes, NY.; his grandchildren, Paige, Paul Michael, McKenzie, Parker, Lyn, Briana and Kaitlin; and his great grandchildren, Contessa Kay, Paul Michael, Carson and Braeden.
