He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas DuBois and Beverly DuBois. He is survived by: his wife Carol DuBois; his children, Eddie Madgic (Heather), Tabatha Madgic and Nicole DuBois; and his siblings, Gary DuBois and Michelle DuBois Walthall (Wayne).
