It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Merritt Seng Loc of Naugatuck, Connecticut, who passed away on May 15, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his spouse Pathouma Loc; his children, Hoi Loc (Vieng), Takki Loc (Phouvaly) and Chinthana Stolze (Matthew); and his siblings, Kong Loc (Mary), Chan Seerveld (Thomas) and Mee Loc. He is also survived by his 6 grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
