He was predeceased by: his father Antonio C. Simoes. He is survived by: his mother Ana Simoes (Portijo) of Naugatuck; his brother Carlos; his sister-in-law Laura Simoes; his niece Chloe of Thomaston; his nephew Tyler Simoes of Thomaston; and his close friend Lisa Porteses. He is also survived by his many aunts, uncles and cousins.
