He was predeceased by: his wife Joan T. Valiante (Tedesco); his parents, John Valiante and Mary Valiante (Bellotti); his daughter Sandra Roberts; and his brothers, Tony and Fred Valiante.
He is survived by: his son Thomas Valiante of Santa Cruz, CA; his grandchildren, Desiree and Eric; and his sister Lucy Rosa of Waterbury. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
