She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Pruchnicki. She is survived by: her children, Lori Cizeski (John) of Burlington, Ken Pruchnicki (Maureen) and Richard Pruchnicki (Cindy); and her grandsons, Jay and Ricky Cizeski. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
