She was predeceased by: her husband Louis F. Cretella; and her sister Jane Salamone. She is survived by: her children, Anne Ciacciarella (Mike) of Naugatuck, Joanne Cretella of Naugatuck, Mary Rey (Mike) of Naugatuck and Kevin Cretella (Lisa) of Naugatuck; her grandchildren, Michael Brown, Anthony Cretella, Jane Cretella, Michael Ciacciarella, Vincent Ciacciarella, Dr. Sofia Ciacciarella, Anna Germain (Joseph), Arianna Christen, Louis Cretella and Jillian Cretella; and her brothers, Thomas and Cornelius. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and cousins, lifelong friends, and friends of her children and grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Buckmiller Ford Mengacci Funeral Home (82 Fairview Ave, Naugatuck, CT 06770). A Mass was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. Francis of Assisi Church (318 Church St, Naugatuck, CT 06770).
