He was predeceased by: his mother Amelia Fontes. He is survived by: his wife Teresa; his sons, John (Julie), David (Terri) and Daniel (Toni); and his grandchildren, David Jr., Taylor, Ryan, Zachary, Alana, Ashlee, Alexei and Alivia. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and godchildren.
