She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Macaluso and Gloria Macaluso (Reed). She is survived by: her husband Billy; her children, David Haschak (Dina) and Donna Shamer (Dean); her siblings, Annette Macaluso and Anthony Macaluso (Maura); her sister-in-law Dorothy Feltovic; and her granddaughters, Brooke and Isabella. She is also survived by nieces, great-nieces, nephews, great-nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Buckmiller Ford Mengacci Funeral Home (82 Fairview Ave, Naugatuck, CT 06770). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions to be made in honor of Josie's memory to: Naugatuck Senior Center, 300 Meadow St., Naugatuck, CT 06770.
