He is survived by: his mother Maryann Clute; his children, Brittany DeSousa (Marco) and Joseph Charles Harper, III (Sara); his granddaughters, Melina DeSousa and Mariana DeSousa; and his brothers, Jeffrey Harper and Brian Harper (Heather). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
