He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth Kulikowski (Sherry); his parents, Joseph J. Kulikowski and Victoria Kulikowski; and his daughter Mary-Jo Kulikowski of Shelton. He is survived by: his granddaughters, Danielle Singer, Jessica Singer and Georgette Carrero. He is also survived by his nine great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
