He was predeceased by: his parents, John Jasper and Minnie Trent Sr. (Booker). He is survived by: his children, John Trent III, Trevor Hoffler, Karen Mims, Nakia Howard and James Stokley; his sister Roberta Trent; and his aunts, Juantia Langhorn and Pearl Trent. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Casey's Eastside Memorial Funeral Home & Cremation Care (1987 E Main St, Waterbury, CT 06705).
