It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Bertig (Naugatuck, Connecticut), born in Scranton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 31, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of John Bertig to pay them a last tribute.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George Bertig and Helen Bertig (Reilly); his spouse Eunice Corris Bertig; his grandson Matthew Peterson; and his daughters, Kathleen Bertig-Karlson (John) of Sandy Hook, Patricia Dow (Scott) of Clinton and Lori Peterson (Tony) of Milford. He was also cherished by his 11 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
