It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeannette Ortega (Naugatuck, Connecticut), born in New York, New York, who passed away on January 12, 2023, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lydia Ortega and Salamanca; her daughters, Jessica Moreno, Desiree Pijuan and Jeannette DeJesus; her grandchildren, Xena Crespo, Elijah Crespo, Joshua Oakley, Jacob Oakley and Peter Vargas; her great grandchildren, Amarylis Lawrence, A'Lani Lawrence, Eliana'lee Crespo and Azai Crespo; her niece Jasmin Gonzalez; her nephew Michael Mirabal; and her close friends, Popie, Linda, Lady, Mecha, Negra, Nigglet, Allie, Emei, Oreo and Shadow.
