He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Loughlin and Patricia Loughlin (Remokitis); his children, James Loughlin, Heather Boyce and Samantha Anderson; his siblings, Robert Loughlin Jr., Mark Loughlin and Dawn Loughlin-Lango of Naugatuck; and his grandchildren, Jace Sullivan and Chase Boyce. He was also cherished by many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
