He is survived by: his wife Jean Emanuel (Rivers); his stepfather Charles Sr.; his children, James, Jr., Josiah, Jameel, Terrell, Tequan, Usef, Christopher, Jonathan, Angel, Melissa, Jessica, Sarah and Emily; and his siblings, Jerry, Ricky and Patricia. He is also survived by his many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
