She was predeceased by: her father Richard Polomski. She is survived by: her mother Irene Polomski (Bryk) of Naugatuck; her siblings, Susan Narijauskas (Val) of Naugatuck, Gary Polomski of Waterbury, Keven Polomski of Milford and Rick Polomski (Holly) of Middlebury; and her pet Bailey. She is also survived by her niece, nephews, friends.
