He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Thomas and Olivia Thomas (Almeida); and his siblings, Vivian McBurney and James Thomas. He is survived by: his children, Edward Thomas of Oakville, Margaret Thomas of Waterbury, Susan Thomas of Middlebury and Barbara Thomas of Naugatuck; his sister Margaret C. Thomas; his granddaughter Taylor Vanbramer; and his great grandchild Harper Vanbramer of New York.
