It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Ann Evon of Naugatuck, Connecticut, born in Waterbury, Connecticut, who passed away on July 27, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Anne Zibluk (Kowalewski) and Harry Zibluk; her daughter Donna Evon; her son-in-law Tom Wiltberger; her grandchildren, Ada, Max Wiltberger of Carrboro, NC and Denise Evon of Naugatuck; her son-in-law Joe Alexander Udayakumar; her sister Barbara Masiulis of Prospect, CT.; her son Gerald "Jay" Evon Jr.; her close friend Judy Zhitomi; her cousin Betty Hurlbut; and her aunt Sophie Zibluk.
Those attending the services are asked to please wear masks and practice social distancing.
In lieu of flowers, Dottie's life can be honored by donations to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Shriners Hospitals for Children, or the Animal Rescue Foundation of Terryville CT.
