He was predeceased by: his father Howard Towne, Sr.; and his siblings, Howard Towne, Jr., Cheryl Brooks, Darryl Towne, Dale Towne, Kenny Towne, Boxer and Jessie.
He is survived by: his mother Alice Towne (Matthews); his children, Kellie Muccino of Middlebury and Duane Muccino of Naugatuck; his grandchildren, Ryan, John of Middlebury and Jordyn Avallone of Star Lake, NY; and his siblings, Juanita Keroski (Tom) of Thomaston, Kevin Towne (Patty) of Bethany, David Towne (Bunny) of Derby and Bill Towne. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
