He was predeceased by: his wife Mary A. LeVasseur (Daunis); his parents, Armand LeVasseur and Rita LeVasseur (Adams); his son Todd; and his sister Caroline LeVasseur.
He is survived by: his children, Vicki LeVasseur, Dawne Peschell (John), Denis LeVasseur Jr. and Amy LeVasseur; his grandsons, Jacob McKnight and Anthony Peschell; his great grandchild Kira McKnight; and his siblings, Armand LeVasseur (Laura) and Denise Gelinas.
