He was predeceased by: his parents, Gunnar Holt and Alice Holt; and his close friend Matthew "Spud" Hrybynik. He is survived by: his wife Pam (Zink); his brother Jeff Holt (Leah Palmer) of Oxford; his niece Casey Frost (Chad); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, C. J., Gemma and Jacklynn of New Hampshire.
