He is survived by: his stepfather William Cleaveland; his wife Ann King (Anderson); his children, David King Jr. (Jane) of Ossining, NY, Timothy King of New Milford and Monica King Schipul (Rob) of Scituate, MA; his grandchildren, Karissa, Robbie, Annie, Vivian, Evelyn, Dyllan, Brianna and Kailey; and his sisters, Lonnie VanRiper and Carroll Liddicoat. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
