Taggart of Naugatuck, Connecticut, born in Bangor, Maine, who passed away on January 13, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert E. Taggart, Sr. and Elaine R. Taggart (Crossman). He is survived by: his wife Abbie G. Taggart (Adams); his son Christopher L. Taggart, Jr. of Naugatuck, CT; and his siblings, Linda Hazelton of Milo, ME, Herbert E. Taggart, Jr. of Levant, ME. and Chipper Taggart of Levant, ME..
