Obar (Caroline) of Inlet, NY, Cynthia Obar Halloran (Richard) of Prospect, CT and Donna Obar Wilde (Timothy) of Plymouth, CT; her stepchildren, Celine Bisaillon Pelletier (Bruce) of Waterbury, CT and Scott Bisaillon (Heather) of Wolcott, CT; and her siblings, Abbie Taggart of Naugatuck, CT, Joyce Allard of Levant, ME, Gana Adams of Levant, ME and David Adams of Levant, ME. She is also survived by her 13 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren.
