He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Poulin and Monica Poulin (Domin); and his brother Martin Poulin. He is survived by: his daughter Nicole Poulin of Henderson, NV; his sister Linda Yacavone (Michael) of Naugatuck; his niece Sarah Yacavone; and his nephew Christopher Yacavone.
