Amalia Reis Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Amalia Reis of Naugatuck, Connecticut, who passed away on January 15, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Jose Barbosa Reis; and her parents, Agostinho DaSilva and Elvira Fonseca DaSilva. She is survived by: her sons, Paulo Reis of Naugatuck and Bruno Reis of New Haven; and her siblings, Agostinho DaSilva of New Haven, Augusto DaSilva of Florida, Antonio DaSilva of Florida, Joe DaSilva of Naugatuck, Elvira Rebelo of Naugatuck and Gloria DeOliveira of Portugal. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
