He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Brown Tetlow and Tom Tetlow Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn M. Tetlow; his siblings, Judy, Pam (Dave), Carla (Robert) and David; and his children, Tom III (Kim) and Elizabeth. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
