He is survived by: his daughters, Carol Wiech of Mystic, Eileen Rafuse of Manorville, NY and Marilyn Alkire of Atlanta, GA.; and his siblings, Kenneth Alkire of Gales Ferry and Adella Douglas of Gatlin, TN..
