She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Ptak and Martha Ptak (Rybcyk); and her siblings, Walter, Bruno, Frank, Stanley Ptak, Mary Ptak, Anna Scirpo and Janet Syc.
She is survived by: her sister Sophie DiMauro of Middletown; and her sister-in-law Barbara Galli of Mystic. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
