She was predeceased by: her husband Jere D. Kononchik; her parents, Manuel Clay and Caroline Clay; and her siblings, Albert, Stanley Clay and Alice Clay Fritz.
She is survived by: her children, Sherrie K. Czechowicz of New Hartford and Steven D. Kononchik (Donna) of Eastham, MA; her sister Carol Pampel (Roland); and her great grandchildren, Kayla, Nora, Conor and Blake. She is also survived by five grandchildren.
