He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Partnoy and Marguerite Partnoy (Roselle); and his brother Robert Wilcox Partnoy. He is survived by: his wife Diane Keenan Partnoy of Mystic, CT; and his cousin Olivia Macrino.
A graveside service was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Cedar Grove Cemetery (638 Broad St, New London, CT 06320).
