Richard touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Gustafson and Ella Gustafson (Carlberg); and his sister Lois Van Doren (Gustafson). He is survived by: his wife Betty Gustafson (Kezer); his children, Sandra Long (Tom) of Brentwood, NH and David Gustafson (Kaia) of Westbrook, CT.; his grandchildren, Andrew Long (Jacqui), Jessica Gilbert (Andrew Gilbert), Stephen Gustafson (Brian McGunagle), Laura Gustafson Abbey (Brandon), Kevin and Bridgette Gustafson; and his brother Frank Gustafson. He is also survived by eight great-grandsons and one great-granddaughter.
