He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Anderson Wheeler. He is survived by: his parents, Norton Cooper Wheeler Sr. and Marion Wilcox Wheeler; his wife Mary Ann Anderson; and his grandchildren, Eliza, Mary, Rachel, Amanda, Mason and Jackson. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
