He is survived by: his wife Norma; his children, Diana D. Hutchinson of Mystic, CT, Duane Dunphy (Paula) of New London, CT, Theresa Meshell of Austin, TX, Joe Dunphy of Hillsboro, MO, Nicolas Post (Anne) and Vanetta Schrage of Pawcatuck, CT; his stepsons, Timothy Black (Donna) of Whitefield, NH and Thomas Black (Dorice) of Ellsworth, ME; and his uncle Dean Dunphy of La Jolla, CA. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren.
