He was predeceased by: his mother Isolde. He is survived by: his daughter Emily; his wife Melissa; his stepchildren, Brittany, Jonathan, Heather, Daniel, Alexandra and Zachary; his stepgrandchildren, Natalie, Eric and Olivia; his father Bobby Rex; and his sisters, Susan Brown (Russell), Lisa Sunderland, Barbara Martin (William) and Linda Adams (Amy). He is also survived by two nieces, and two nephews.
