She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas Withka (Tom); her parent Ustina Labowski (Moota); and her siblings, Cecilia Padden, Irene Stevenson, Martha Ondreicka, John Labowski, Myron Labowski, Helen Elsasser and Marie Anderson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jane M. Withka of Mystic, CT and Kathy Withka Roll (Donald) of Park City, UT; her brother Joseph Labow (Christa) of Alexandria, VA.; and her nieces and nephews, Karen Naughton, Linda Grasso, Michele Zujkowski, Patricia Krysl, Paul Ondreicka, George Timko, John Labowski, Gordon Labow, Eric Labow, Jim Labowski, Caren Griffin, Walter Anderson, Michael Withka, Charles Sarnoski, Diane Kvarta and Thomas Withka.
