He is survived by: his spouse Catherine Zachas (Sullivan) of Salem; his parent Lillian Zachas (Lynch); his children, Cathy-Lou Adams (Zachas) of Salem, David (Kelly) and Lewis J. Zachas, Jr. (Becky); his siblings, Barbara Koshinsky (Zachas) of Navarre, FL and Stephen Zachas (Debbie) of West Greenwich, RI; and his grandchildren, Katie, David, Maureen, Joseph, Sarah, Lauren (Riley) and Sullivan (Poole).
