It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Karen Kilpatrick Lewis (Mystic, Connecticut), who passed away on January 5, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Willis Buxton Kilpatrick and Marian Mason Kilpatrick; her husband Ronald G. Lewis; her daughters, Ann Bergendahl (Woody) of Noank and Sara Thomas (Scott) of Vero Beach, Fla.; her grandchildren, Ella Bergendahl, Ali Thomas, Sam Thomas and Charlie Bergendahl; her sister Carol Shroyer of Northport, Fla.; and her feisty Tibetan Terrier. She was also cherished by her children and grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and/or an animal charity of the donor's choice.
