He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Sullivan and Gladys Blair Sullivan. He is survived by: his wife Marion Cummings Sullivan; his daughter Kelli A. Sullivan of Somerville, MA; and his brothers, William Sullivan of Verona, WI and Thomas Sullivan of Swansea, NH. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
