He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Milne and Edith Milne; his former wife Margaret; and his wife Anna. He is survived by: his children, Malcolm Milne (Nancy) of Mystic and Elizabeth Opper (Jeffrey) of Mystic. He is also survived by five grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Due to COVID-19, a celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
