It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Henry Olexy Jr. (Mystic, Connecticut), born in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 10, 2018, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Henry Sr. and Helen Wallace Olexy; his spouse Pamela Graziano; his children, Matthew Olexy, Cristina Olexy, Gregory Olexy, Shannon Olexy, Stephanie Ash, Brian Ash, Nicholas Olexy and Patrizia Olexy; his grandchildren, Madeline, Jessica, Keith, Adelle, Gianluca, Giovanni Olexy, Owen, Sophie and Isabelle Ash; and his sisters, Lucia Khoury, Susan Robinson and Lee Ann Olexy. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visiting hours will be from 5 to 7 o'clock on Friday at the Byles-Groton Memorial Home, 310 Thames St. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be directed to the Union Baptist Church, 119 High St, Mystic, CT 06355.
