He was predeceased by: his parents, Bertha While (Rufus Pack) and N. J. While; his wife Mary Gonsowski Pack; his granddaughter Janine Theve; and his sister Betty Holloway.
He is survived by: his children, George Jr., Steven Pack (Dorren) and Susan Theve (Tom); his granddaughter Marissa Theve; and his sister Mary Reynolds. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
