She was predeceased by: her parent Albert W. Welles. She is survived by: her husband Richard A. Ellithorpe; her parent Gertrude E. Welles; her pets, Elvis, Dolly and Minnie Pearl; her children, Chad of Clarkville, Joshua of Clarkville, Jonathan Ellithorpe of Clarkville and Jeremy Ellithorpe of Orlando; and her brothers, Peter Welles and William Welles.

Donations in her memory may be made to Second Baptist Church of North Stonington.
